this wood heart we got at an art show....
and this concrete green one at another fair........
I love "heart" words, too.....

What a great collection, Coleen! You know, come to think of it I don't really have a collection of anything. :( I think I'm kinda getting a collection of tea towels going. Maybe I should start there. :)
ReplyDeleteI like that-"heart hugs"...What a wonderful thing to collect!
ReplyDeleteI love hearts too! I love it when we find them in nature - like your rock and the sand. We used to have a crack in the concrete that I didn't want Mr. B to fix because it was in a heart shape! I can find hearts in clouds, on the ground - just like you. Love your collection :-)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos, I love hearts too! Thank you for sharing yours!

Colleen, your blog is so sweet...i love all of the hearts...i have a picture somewhere on my old blog of a piece of ice that my son found in the snow, it was a perfect heart...he was so excited when he brought it in to me...i kept that thing in my freezer until it was unrecognizable...
ReplyDeleteA totally Sweetie Heart post *Q*. I love the new piece, really wonderful colors, and I know it is more fab in person, because, all your work is. Your detail and quality must be felt and seen in person to really appreciate. I do wish I could go to Farm Chicks to see you in June. sigh....maby next year.!.

Hi, I just found your blog and just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed the visit. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteColeen - Heart Hugs! How wonderful! Thanks for the note of welcome on my post. With you in Aloha ... we are almost neighbors! I live in Tualatin ... and often head out to the GW in Hillsboro. Love those thrift stores!
ReplyDeleteHope your week has been going well. Ours has been busy, but good. Driving over to Redmond OR tomorrow night to see family ... and catch a craft/art/antique/junk show. Plan to have fun and maybe find some treasures!
Hugs!
Betty :)

I have a blog award for you~
ReplyDeleteHi Colleen,
ReplyDeleteI came across your blog from Treasures of the Heart. How appropriate that your post is about hearts! You have a wonderful collection of hearts. I don't think I've ever seen one before. Love your new closing line, too.
Patricia :o)
Hi Colleen! I was thinking about you and your daughter's wedding while I was posting last night! Thanks for the comment! I would love to see what you are planning. I had a photo of bridesmaids in the fur shrug with red dresses and forgot to post it! May have to go back and add it. Love your hearts and your fairy poof flowers. I can see them as table decorations for a garden wedding. I'm seeing lots of alternatives to fresh flowers in decorations, bouquets, head pieces, sashes/belts. Are your poofs made from netting? Love your banner signs too! Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteBlessings and Hugs!
